The countdown has begun to ignite creativity, collaboration and cutting-edge problem-solving skills as Cavista Technologies (a portfolio business of Cavista Holdings) announces the 4th edition of the Cavista Technologies Hackathon, scheduled to take place February 21 to 22, at the Welcome Centre Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.<br />

This highly anticipated event provides a dynamic platform for undergraduate students in tertiary institutions to collaborate, innovate, and build impactful solutions to real-world challenges.<br />

The competition is open to undergraduates from tertiary institutions in Lagos and surrounding areas who possess tech skills and have a passion for problem-solving. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity, technical expertise, and work as a team to develop real-world solutions that make a difference.<br />

Applications will be screened and shortlisted candidates will form part of the teams that will participate in a 24-hour hackathon, spread over two days, with millions of naira in cash prizes for the winners and runners up.<br />

Making the announcement, the General Manager, Cavista Technologies, Oyebola Morakinyo, reveals that the 2026 edition will be even better than the last edition and is open to six tertiary intuitions in Lagos State and it’s environs.<br />
